Signed from French club Strasbourg at the beginning of the 2011/12 season, Nouha spent much of his first campaign in England on-loan at Championship side Blackpool after making his Latics first team debut in the FA Cup tie away to Crystal Palace in September.
The pacey winger would go on to make 16 appearances for the Seasiders and score his first league goals in English football, the first coming at the Keepmoat Stadium against Doncaster Rovers in a 3-1 win.
He also found the back of the net in true poacher style against Peterborough United, Burnley and Millwall as Blackpool reached the Play Off Final against West Ham United at Wembley, where Dicko made an appearance in the 2-1 defeat as a second half substitute.
The Frenchman made a return to Blackpool on loan once again in the 2012/13 season and in his second spell he continued to prove that he knows where the net is.
Dicko scored five times in 22 appearances with just two starts, scoring the winning goal in a dramatic 3-2 victory against Hull City and earning the Tangerines a point at the ground where he made his Latics debut, in a 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace.
After returning to Latics to play in the opening two rounds of the FA Cup, including making his first Latics' start away at Macclesfield Town, Dicko made another loan switch late in the season to Championship strugglers Wolverhampton Wanderers where he made four appearances, scoring once against Burnley.
