Signed from French club Strasbourg at the beginning of the 2011/12 season, Nouha spent much of last season on-loan at Championship side Blackpool after making his Latics First Team debut in the FA Cup tie away to Crystal Palace in September.
The pacey winger would go on to make 16 appearances for the Seasiders and score his first league goals in English football, the first coming at the Keepmoat Stadium against Doncaster Rovers in a 3-1 win.
He also found the back of the net in true poacher style against Peterborough United, Burnley and Millwall as Blackpool reached the Play Off Final against West Ham United at Wembley, where Dicko made an appearance in the 2-1 defeat as a second half substitute.
