Graham Barrow – Assistant Manager
Graham’s association with Latics dates back over 30 years to the time he first signed as a player from Altrincham in August 1981. He played 179 league games as a highly combative midfield dynamo before moving to Chester City in 1985, whom he then went on to manage. He was appointed Wigan Athletic manager in 1994, a few months before the arrival of Chairman Dave Whelan.
He left the club in 1995 but returned as a first team coach for Roberto Martinez in 2009, the player he originally brought to England in 1995. After doubling up as a Development Squad coach under Martinez, he is now working solely with the first team.
