Chris is responsible for strategic planning of performance management and delivering the optimal performance and fitness of players.
In modern football the analysis of player data in training and matches is crucial to the development of the team’s strength, speed and power and Chris’s expertise in the area of fitness analytics and nutrition enables individual and team training programmes to be designed to allow players to reach their full potential in terms of performance and fitness levels.
Manager Uwe Rosler highlighted the key attributes Chris brings to the role, saying:
“I gave him the chance to work with the first team at Brentford and he did a tremendous job in bringing the team’s fitness levels up to where they need to be for my style of football.
“He’s very qualified, educated and willing to work his way to the top of English football and it's great to have him in our team."
