After last week's stalemate, Latics returned to winning ways, with a 3-0 demolition of Tranmere Rovers at Christopher Park.

Goals from Stephen Chiocchi, Tommy Amos and Callum McManaman sealed the win for Dave Watson's men, the Youth Team Manager delighted with the result:

"A great response by the lads after last weekend's draw," said Watson.

"We've made a fantastic start to the season so far and want to keep that going, but very happy with how today went."
