Dave Watson's Youth Team will start at Bury

The Puma Youth Alliance fixtures for the 2008-09 season have been published today along with the draw for the first round of the Youth Alliance Cup.

Dave Watson's Latics Youth team will start their 2008-09 season with an away trip to Bury on Saturday 16^th August before their first home game against Shrewsbury Town a week later.

The Youth Alliance Cup, which saw Latics reach the semi-final last season, will begin on Saturday 11^th October with a home tie against Darlington.

The first time they come up against last season's champions Walsall is on 13^th September with the return in mid November.

The youth team will play their home games at the Christopher Park training ground, Standish Lover Ground, Wigan. WN6 8LB
