Listen to Wigan Athletic's 2010/11 Barclays Premier League matches on 102.4 Wish FM

Wigan Athletic and 102.4 Wish FM are delighted to confirm that an agreement has been reached for live transmission of Wigan Athletic fixtures to recommence from Saturday 14th August when Latics play host to Premier League newcomers Blackpool.

In a landmark arrangement, Wish FM will carry live commentary featuring local "voice of football" Graham Lovett for the season ahead.

Supporters can tune in from 2pm on Saturday to enjoy the coverage, to include stats, interviews with Roberto Martinez and the first team squad and much more.

This Saturday, Graham will be joined by guest co-commentator and former Latics stalwart Neill Rimmer, giving his views from the stands at the DW Stadium.

Both parties understand that memorable moments covered by Wish FM, such as promotion to the Premiership, have been missed by supporters and both are delighted that we can now bring top class sport back to the airwaves.

Wigan Athletic are delighted to be able to announce this move and hope that supporters understand it as yet another step the Club is taking to spread the word of Latics around the North West, as the Club goes from strength to strength.

As a celebration of this announcement, Wish FM will be holding an outside broadcast at the Latics Club Shop in the Galleries Shopping Centre in Wigan, giving supporters the opportunity to win a brand new junior Home kit as well as the opportunity to be a mascot for a Wigan Athletic Home fixture.
