Ghana defeat Angola to make last four.
Richard Kingson captained Ghana through to the African Cup of Nations Semi-Finals with a 1-0 win over hosts Angola in Luanda today.
Producing a number of good saves and putting in an all-round performance Kingson kept his second clean-sheet in a row as the Black Stars took another step towards winning their fifth title.
Asamoah Gyan popped up with the all-important goal after 16 minutes, bursting into the area and slotting home calmly into the bottom left corner.
Despite six minutes of extra time and a string of glorious opportunities for Angola Ghana stood firm and weathered the storm to make sure they were the first team to progress to the final four where they'll meet either Zambia or Nigeria on Thursday 28 January.
