It was on the season ticket brochures, it's on the new shirts, now it's on the stadium too!

The new Latics crest has been installed at the JJB Stadium in time for the opening home game of the 2008-2009 Barclays Premier League season.

The revised tree and crown logo now adorns both the front and the rear of the stadium, replacing the previous crest. The game versus Chelsea on Sunday, a repeat of the historic first game in the Premier League, will be the first home game with the new crest and it will be displayed throughout the rest of the stadium too.


ON BRAND: The new crest on the Reception doors

The re-brand that commenced at the back end of last season is now complete with the new crest at the stadium. Our brand values of Honesty, Progression, Passion and Unity will be represented throughout the season as the Club uses the opportunity to improve our performance and show that the change is not just about changing a logo. This new crest remembers our roots, but heralds our future.
