Latics' Austrian Powerhouse Paul Schanrer, will be a guest on 'Goals on Sunday' on Sky Sports on the opening weekend of the new Premier League season.

Scharner will join Ian and Kammy on the sofa to look back on the opening day of the season including Wigan's trip to West Ham.

Paul Scharner has missed the latter part of pre-season after suffering an ankle injury at Barnsley, but last season's player of the year will travel with the squad.  Last time Scharner graced the Upton Park pitch, it was his overhead kick that put Latics ahead, so something similar to discuss would be useful.

Former Leeds defender Gary Kelly will also be a guest on the show.
