Wigan Athletic will this evening play their third game of their pre-season tour of Austria against Bundesliga side Hannover 96, ahead of their return to the UK tomorrow.

So far Steve Bruce's side have had two very different warm up games against FC St. Veit which they won 3-0 and against another Bundesliga outfit FC Eintracht Frankfurt which, despite debuts for Olivier Kapo and Daniel de Ridder, saw a 2-0 reverse.

There will be at least one familiar face in the ranks of the opposition, at least for the ex-Birmingham contingent at Wigan, with finnish striker Mikael Forsell recently joining them.  They have also recently strengthened their squad with the signing of Mario Eggimann from Karlsruher SC and Jan Schlaudraff from Bayern Munich.

The game kicks of at 5.00pm (UK time) and team news will be available here from approximately 4.00pm.
