HAGEN ARRIVES IN WIGAN

The six foot plus defender will join up with the Norwegian International squad later this evening ahead of their friendly fixture with Wales at Wrexham's Racecourse Ground on Wednesday.
VIKING DUTY: Hagen in action for Norway
Hagen, capped 28 times by Norway, confirmed as a Wigan player on deadline day says he took advice from National Team Manager Åge Hareide before signing.
"I spoke to the National Coach who knows Steve Bruce very well who said not only was he a great manager but also a great human being.
"Steve Bruce is a good guy and it was very easy for me to say yes once I had spoken to him on the telephone and I'm looking forward to working with him."

Like many players worldwide Erik has long had an ambition to play in England, particularly in the Premier League.
"It's a dream come true," he said
"Every footballer in the whole world would love to come to England and play in the Premier and I'm no different.
"I just want to play well for Wigan and now and hopefully work hard to maintain the Club's Premier League status."
