Fans flock to JJB
Ticket office reports 'another bumper day' as season tickets go on general sale.
The JJB Stadium ticket office has been inundated with calls and visitors this morning as 2007-08 season tickets went on general sale for this first time.
Fans queued in the pouring rain such was the interest and the ticket office has urged supporters to be patient.
Brenda Spencer, Chief Executive, said: "It's fantastic that our fans are flocking to buy their seats for next season, but I would just ask them to be patient. Our ticket office staff are trying to process everything as quickly and efficiently as possible, but I do understand that fans want to get the best possible seats available."
Prices for all adult seats have been slashed by 33% - the biggest price drop in the Barclays Premier League - and at £250.00, this represents the best value around.
Fans can call in person or telephone 0871 66 33 552 between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Fans are reminded that, following the passing of the seat-redemption deadline last weekend, it is now no longer possible to renew on-line
