Tonight's home game against Man Utd cancelled due to waterlogged pitch

Wigan Athletic's arranged reserve encounter with Manchester United tonight at Robin Park Arena has been called off due to a waterlogged pitch.

Heavy rain last night and this morning left the game in doubt until an official pitch inspection this afternoon confirmed the surface to be unplayable.

Details of the re-arranged date will be advertised when agreed.

As a result the 'Family Fun Night' will also be postponed with a new date to be arranged shortly.
