Keith Bertschin's Reserves came from behind to strike twice in seven minutes in a terrific game against Manchester City at Robin Park.
Goals from Tomasz Cywka and Joe Holt sealed the win after Latics had gone behind to a close range strike from David Ball on the hour mark.

But Bertschin's boys showed the tenacity which has been a hallmark of the team this season and never let their heads drop.
Having skewered the best chance of the match wide early in the second half, Cywka drove into the box with a quarter of an hour left and was felled by Tal Ben Haim. He picked himself up to stroke the ball home from the spot.
Sweden international Erik Edman then drove a 30 yard free kick inches wide before Joe Holt curled a delightful ball in from the edge of the box for the second.
Edman had volunteered to play the game in his bid to reach full match fitness after recovering from his cruciate knee injury and was forced to operate at centre-half due to the late withdrawal through injury of Andrew Pearson. He looked very assured and completed another 90 minutes, which will please Steve Bruce.
There was also a return for Republic of Ireland Under 19 striker Craig Mahon, who has now returned from a loan spell at Accrington Stanley.
"After a few below par performances, this was much better from the boys," said Bertschin, "they responded really well after going a goal down."
