Every year, the Community Trust hosts two tournaments in conjunction with the Premier League.

An U11s mixed tournament and an U13s girl's tournament involving the majority of Schools in Wigan. The tournament winners will then progress onto the regional finals and represent Wigan Athletic.

In February of this year both RL Hughes Primary School and St John Fisher High School were successful in progressing onto the regional finals, held at Blackburn Rovers Indoor Centre. Both teams came top of their leagues and successfully progressed on to the National Finals held at Old Trafford. This was a great achievement. Please see pictures below.
