PREVIEW

Latics head into the game on the back of a Youth Alliance Cup exit as a younger side lost 5-0 against Lincoln City in the second round on Saturday.

League form going into tonight's game took a turn around at the end of November as John Doolan's side won 3-2 at home against Carlisle United, with top goal scorer Sam Cosgrove scoring twice as he continued his impeccable form of 17 goals in 13 games.

At this stage last season Latics faced an exit as they lost 2-1 away at Stevenage.
