Match Preview

A second bite at the Cherries for Latics who could only manage a draw in the first game at the DW Stadium 10 days ago when a first half strike from Eunan O'Kane gave the visitors the lead before an equaliser from Jordi Gomez who was first to react after his initial penalty was saved.  There's plenty of incentive to get to the fourth round where Macclesfield Town await the winners.

Team News

Roberto Martinez is expected to continue with his policy of giving players who have not had too many opportunities this season to once again show what they can do and, in the manager's words 'share the demands.'  The manager made nine changes for the game 10 days ago with players like Fraser Fyvie, Danny Redmond, Mauro Boselli, Callum McManaman, Roman Golobart and Ronnie Stam all given the nod.

Ben Watson (leg), Ryo Miyaichi, Adrian Lopez (hamstring) and Albert Crusat (knee) are joined by Ivan Ramis who it appears has suffered ligament damage in his knee with the extent of the injury expected to be confirmed later today.
