4. Dress Code
4.1 The DW Stadium operates a strict dress code in the hospitality suites and we ask that you and your guests wear clothing suitable for the occasion. Guests using suites on the third floor of the west stand are reminded that collar and tie is expected of gentlemen and smart attire for ladies. Dress codes on the second floor and ground floor do not fall under these restrictions but do require a smart casual dress code.
5. Ground Safety
5.1 Your booking at the DW Stadium will include seats in the home supporters section. You and your guests must behave in a manner that does not associate support of the opposing team and we reserve the right to refuse admission (without refund) to customers wearing the colours or replica kit of the visiting team. We would draw your attention to our ground regulations which we would ask you and your guests to abide by at all times when visiting the DW Stadium.
Please note that we will ask persons to leave the stadium if in our opinion they behave in a way that may put at risk the safety of other spectators. In some circumstances, tickets in the away end may be provided for guests if requested in advance. However, access to and from the hospitality areas will be more limited.
6. Smoke Free Stadium
6.1 The DW Stadium is a smoke free stadium.
We ask that all visitors to the stadium respect this rule, with no exceptions. Guests are not permitted to exit the stadium in order to smoke, if they do so they may be refused re-admittance.
7. Re-arranged matches
7.1 We cannot guarantee that matches will be played as scheduled. Weather conditions and TV commitments are two of the many factors which are outside of our reasonable
control and may cause the time and date of the match to be re-arranged. Where a match is re-arranged, for which you have made either a matchday booking or special event booking and this booking has been confirmed, you will then be entitled to take the same places at the re-arranged game.
In special circumstances, we will offer to transfer your booking to another matchday or special event booking and finally, if neither of these options suits your requirements, a refund will be issued if you cancel your booking in writing, and return your match tickets at least fourteen days prior to the re-arranged date for the event.
These terms and conditions are additional to other applicable terms appearing on our hospitality season ticket contract, booking form or otherwise, and as such these terms and conditions are intended to neither replace nor amend other such applicable terms.
These terms do not, where you are a customer, affect your statutory rights.
