Wigan Athletic is committed to providing excellent service and the Customer Charter sets out Wigan Athletic's policies.
The Customer Charter details the Club's policies and procedures which affect supporters of the Club. The document explains how Wigan Athletic will meet the objectives of the charter throughout the season in relation to ticketing, supporter consultation, discrimination, policing, merchandise and community interaction.
The Club is committed to ensuring that the policies are delivered.
